| Terms and Conditions Regarding 10 XBOX Games give-away (Kinect booklet) |
By entering the competition/s you agree to abide by all the below terms and conditions.
- This competition begins on 1 16 December 2011 and will culminate on 06 January 2012.
- The competition is open to anyone who resides in South Africa , and is 16 years of age or older. The competition is not open to any of the following persons: staff and immediate family of BT Games and Megarom Interactive, Prima Interactive, and any supply, distribution, marketing and/or promotional partner of BT Games and above-mentioned partners.
- If you do not meet the entry requirements, BT Games (PTY) Ltd reserves the right to award the prize to a runner up or to disqualify you from the competition proceedings.
- There is one prize available of 10 different XBOX 360 games, of which some are Kinect compatible games.
- The rules are subject to be changed by BT Games at any point should there be a need to do so. These terms and conditions will be updated accordingly and any changes called out.
- To enter the competition, visit any of the participating BT Games stores as advertised in the BT Games December Kinect booklet and purchase a Kinect device, or a console with Kinect bundle. Enter by emailing the invoice number of your applicable purchase, name, surname, closest BT Games store info and full contact details to competitions.btgames@btonline.co.za on or before 6 January 2012. One random winner will be chosen by the designated main judge and witnessed by at least 2 other judges. Winners will be notified by telephone or email.
- The prize winner will need to collect his/her prize from their closest BT Games store within 30 days of notification. Winners may be announced on the BT Games Website on or after the final closing date of the competition, and winners may need to be photographed.
- The prizes are not transferable or exchangeable for cash or other goods.
- The judge’s decision is considered final and no correspondence will be entered into.

By entering the competition/s you agree to abide by all the below terms and conditions.
- All competitions close 04 December 2011
- Unless otherwise specified all prizes referred to shall be deemed singular unless stated to the contrary
- Entries must be placed in the competition entry box at any BT Games store by no later than 04 December 2011
- The competitions are open to anyone 13 years of age or younger on 04 December 2011, who reside in South Africa, but excludes any immediate family members of BT Games staff, as well as BT Games suppliers
- Only one entry per competition is allowed per person
- If your entry is chosen as a winner but you do not meet the entry requirements, BT Games reserves the right to award the prize to a runner-up
- A parent/legal guardian needs to provide BT Games with his/her contact details, and sign the entry form agreeing to abide by the terms and conditions as well as giving the child permission to participate in the competition/s
- All details must be correctly filled in to be eligible for the prize
- The competition winners will be chosen/drawn on 12 December 2011 at BT Games Head Office in the presence of at least 2 judges. Winners will be notified via email or telephone
- Prize winners will need to collect their prizes from their closest BT Games store within 90 days of notification
- Prizes will be shipped to the relevant BT Games store, as stipulated on the entry form, within 14 days of notification of winning a prize
- Winners will be announced on the BT Games website in December 2011
- Prizes are not transferrable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or a credit
- The judge’s decision is considered final and no correspondence will be entered into
- BT Games will retain the contact information provided on all entry forms for the duration of the competition process, until a valid winner has been chosen, thereafter all entry forms containing entrants’ contact information will be destroyed. We will not use email addresses or contact numbers in any other way, nor will they be handed over to any third party
- Winners may be required to be photographed, and BT Games reserves the right to publish any entries and/or competition winners’ names on their website or any other media

Competition Terms and Conditions: Assassin Creed Revelations Giveaway.
By entering the competition/s you agree to abide by all the below terms and conditions.
- This competition closes on 30 November 2011 and all entrants must be a minimum of 16 years of age.
- There are 5 prizes available of a limited edition Assasins Creed poster.
- To enter, find "Ezio ” hidden somewhere in our Novmeber BT Games magazine (Issue 26). Send an email to btgames.competitions@btonline.co.za describing where you find him. Entries close at midnight of 30 November 2011

By siging up for Advantage card the you agree to abide by all the below terms and conditions.- Subscription is open to all BT Games® customers, but excludes members of staff.
- To reap the benefits of the BT Games® Advantage card you must present your card and ID every time you purchase or trade in-store. Benefits can only be claimed at time of purchase or trade.
- Lost Cards can only be replaced on completion of a Lost Card form and a reissue fee of R 20.00 will apply.
- BT Games® reserves the right to alter or amend the conditions of use of the Advantage card or to terminate the programme or any subscription at any time, without notice.
- Use of your Advantage card warrants that you accept our terms and conditions of use.
- The BT Games® Advantage card cannot be used when purchasing hardware consoles and other selected hardware. Ask in-store for more information.
- The BT Games® Advantage card cannot be used on any items that are on sale or promotion.
- The BT Games® Advantage card can only be redeemed against in-store purchases and is not valid on-line at www.btgames.co.za.
- The BT Games® Advantage card is not a credit card, non-transferable and may only be used by the registered member.
- Any information you submit to us, or any information we collect, is subject to the BT Games® Privacy Policy.
- BT Games® reserves the right to terminate or restrict your membership, or the use of our service or any portion thereof, without notice, for any reason whatsoever, or for no reason.
- BT Games® reserves the right to alter or amend the conditions of use of the BT Games® Advantage Card or to terminate the program or any subscription at any time, without notice.
- Placing an order online and collecting in-store does not qualify as an in-store purchase, thus the advantage discounts will not apply.
