In order to return a product please contact Orders or phone us on 011 886 8834 to arrange the return. BT GAMES will only entertain returns within 48 hours of receipt on defective and unopened items. Refer to Guarantee on returning items under warranty and after 48 hours.

RETURN POLICY

If a customer is not satisfied with a product purchased at BT GAMES, it may be returned within 48 hours of the receipt date under the following conditions:
  • If the customer is not satisfied with his choice of product(s), it may be returned for a refund if still sealed and in its original condition. The customer will then be liable for all delivery/return charges. The customer will be quoted the shipping and handling charges and it will be deducted from the refunded amount.
  • If BT GAMES has supplied the incorrect product or the product is defective, BT GAMES will exchange it for the correct product(s). BT GAMES will cover the delivery charges and arrange for the upliftment and delivery of the correct product(s).

GUARANTEE/WARRANTY

Defective product(s) must be returned in the original packaging with all manuals/brochures included. If the product is found to be defective it will be replaced with the same product. Software and games cannot be returned for a refund once they have been opened and will only be replaced (if defective) for the same product. If, however, the product is found not to be defective, all shipping fees will be for the customers account.

Software/Games

  • Returns on all defective software and games will only be entertained within 48 hours of receipt, provided it's in it's original packaging and all manuals are present.

Hardware

  • All hardware guarantees/warranties are subject to the manufacturer's guarantee/warranty.
  • This liability is restricted to the cost of repair or replacement of faulty goods or services or granting of a credit at the sole discretion of BT GAMES and it's suppliers.
  • In the event that you the customer are not satisfied with your purchase, the goods may be returned within 48 hours of receipt at your expense for a refund (excluding delivery costs) on condition that the goods are in a resalable condition.
  • All guarantees/warranties will be void if the product is tampered with or operated outside the Manufacturer's specifications.
  • Products are not guaranteed against failure as a result of power surges, acts of GOD such as  lightning, physical damage including but not limited to dents, scratches, missing components, bent or broken sockets / connecting pins and burn marks.
