You must be 18 years of age or older and reside in South Africa. While individuals under the age of 18 may utilise this service, they must do so under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian. Proof of ID and 1 months bank statements are required when opening a rental account
Subscription is open to all BT games customers, but excludes members of staff.
Any information you submit to us, or any information we collect, is subject to the BT Games Privacy Policy.

By subscribing to the Games unlimited service, you acknowledge, represent and warrant that:

  • All information you supply to BT Games is complete, up to date and correct; You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information;
  • It is your responsibility to provide and maintain an accurate and working e-mail address, physical address, telephone contact numbers and current valid credit card details to BT Games for billing purposes;
  • BT Games reserves the right to suspend any account at any time (with or without notification to you) in event that fraudulent activity is suspected on the account
  • Your Games Unlimited membership remains in force unless and until you cancel it, or it is terminated by BT Games.
  • You also hereby agree that BT Games is entitled to charge your credit card / bank account for your monthly membership fee, and / or any other charges you may incur in connection with your use of the Games Unlimited Service.
  • Membership fees will be billed in full on the first business day of each month, until you cancel your membership.
Membership will be suspended immediately if a debit instruction to your bank fails, or if game/s are not returned by the end of the prescribed rental period. In this event all outstanding amounts due by you will become payable immediately.
BT Games (PTY) Ltd. is not responsible for any additional bank fees, interest charges, finance charges, overdraft charges, or other fees resulting from charges billed by us. WE DO NOT GIVE PRO-RATA REFUNDS IF CANCELLATION IS INITIATED DURING THE MIDDLE OF A BILLING CYCLE. We also reserve the right to change our fees, but we will notify you in advance if we do so.

You further agree that BT Games may change your credit card / bank account at the current retail price or replacement price (whichever the greater) of a game under the following conditions:

 

  • A game has not been returned within 7 days of cancellation of your membership;
 
  • You have not returned a game to BT Games reported as unplayable by you on receipt, within 7 days of reporting it as unplayable;
  • A game has been lost by you and reported to BT Games; or
  • You have damaged a game.
  • If your Credit Card Account is debited for an unreturned game you may receive a refund, provided the game returned in playable condition within 60 days of the date the billing took place. After 60 days, such a "sale" will be considered as final;
 
  • If the number of lost / damaged games associated with your account becomes excessive, BT Games reserves the right to suspend or terminate your membership.
BT Games further reserves the right to terminate or restrict your membership, or the use of its services or any portion thereof, without notice.
BT Games also reserves the right to change or amend the conditions of use or to terminate the service or any membership at any time without notice.
Ongoing use of the Games Unlimited services constitutes ongoing acceptance by you of these terms and conditions.
To cancel your membership, 1 months written notification must be sent in writing to Natasha. Any verbal cancellations will be disregarded.
