Unlimited Gaming Rentals

You must be 18 years or older and reside in South Africa. Persons under 18 may also use this service, but must do so under supervision and consent of a parent or legal guardian.
Subscription is open to all customers, but excludes
BT Games Staff members.
All client information submitted to BT Games or collected by BT Games is subject to the BT Games Privacy Policy.

By subscribing to the Games Unlimited service, you acknowledge, represent and warrant that:

  • All information you supply to BT Games is complete, up to date and correct; You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information;
  • It is your responsibility to provide and maintain an accurate and working e-mail address, physical address, telephone contact number.
  • BT Games reserves the right to suspend any account at any time (with or without notification to you) in the event that it is established that a fraudulent act has been committed on the account or if it is reasonably suspected that a fraudulent act may be committed;
  • Your Games Unlimited membership remains in force unless and until you cancel it, or it is terminated by BT Games;
  • You also hereby agree to pay BT Games in advance for a 6 (six) month Games Unlimited rental contact.
  • The contract shall remain in force for a period of six month or until 10 games have been rented, which ever instance occurs first.
  • You agree to return your last rental game by the last day of the contract.
Membership will be cancelled (not suspended) immediately if your last game is not
returned by the end of the 6 (six) month period.
IF CANCELLATION OF YOUR MEMBERSHIP IS EFFECTED DURING A BILLING PERIOD, NO
PRO-RATA REFUNDS WILL BE MADE. BT Games reserves the right to change fees, but
will notify you well in advance in this event.

You further agree that BT Games may bill you at the current retail price or
replacement price (whichever is the lesser) of a game under the following conditions:

  • A game has not been returned by the end of the 6 month stipulated period.;
 
  • You have not returned a game to BT Games reported as unplayable by you on receipt, within 7 days of reporting it as unplayable;
  • A game has been lost by you and reported to BT Games or;
  • If it is established that you have damaged a game;
  • If you pay for an unreturned game you may receive a refund, provided the game is returned in playable condition within 60 days of the date the billing took place. After 60 days, such a “sale” will be considered as final;
 
  • If the number of lost / damaged games associated with your account becomes excessive, BT Games reserves the right to suspend or terminate your membership.
BT Games further reserves the right to terminate or restrict your membership, or the use of its services or any part thereof, subject to the condition that notice of the restriction or termination will be given.
BT Games also reserves the right to change or amend the conditions of use or to terminate the service or any membership at any time, subject to the condition that notice of the amendment or termination will be given.
On-going use of the Games Unlimited services constitutes on-going acceptance by
you of these terms and conditions.
The foregoing is subject to any relevant statute.
Any changes to these terms and conditions will be reflected under the terms and conditions section on www.btgames.co.za.
To cancel your membership, 1 months written notification must be sent in writing to Games unlimited. Any verbal cancellations will be disregarded.
