- It is your responsibility to provide and maintain an accurate and working e-mail address, physical address, telephone contact number.
- BT Games reserves the right to suspend any account at any time (with or without notification to you) in the event that it is established that a fraudulent act has been committed on the account or if it is reasonably suspected that a fraudulent act may be committed;
- Your Games Unlimited membership remains in force unless and until you cancel it, or it is terminated by BT Games;
- You also hereby agree to pay BT Games in advance for a 6 (six) month Games Unlimited rental contact.
- The contract shall remain in force for a period of six month or until 10 games have been rented, which ever instance occurs first.
- You agree to return your last rental game by the last day of the contract.
