BT GAMES STORE MANAGER

It is essential that all potential candidates acknowledge that our most important requirement of any position within BT Games is to ensure we provide outstanding, world-class customer service.

Essential duties and responsibilities of all store managers include the below but are not limited to only these.

  • Ensure the full store team provide outstanding customer service in all that they do all day every day
  • Achieve assigned store P&L objectives by maximising profits and minimising controllable expenses.
  • Drive sales and repeat business.
  • Monitor and react to current sales trends to establish staff's goals and schedules.
  • Protect company assets through effective inventory control and loss prevention practices.
  • Complete and analyse Store Stock to Sales to Space Allocation tool to ensure that inventory placement maximises sales opportunities.
  • Ensure all markdowns and price changes are attended to immediately on request.
  • Ensure that all warranties and faulty goods are attended to on request.
  • Ensure that all stock that leaves your store is accompanied by the correct documentation and procedurally correct.
  • Demonstrate quality customer service in line with our value of respect to our customers.
  • Staff Recruitment and Training
  • Schedule staff and delegate tasks/duties.
  • Oversee the maintenance of store safety and appearance, while assuring timely repairs if necessary.
  • Investigate and monitor market trends and local competition and share information with upper management.
  • Ensure compliance with company, and shopping Centre opening and closing regulations.
  • Other responsibilities as assigned.
  • Daily Cash up of the tills.
